Well its official Payton has her car and is driving all over Earths creation!  She has had a car sitting in the drive since Sept. but her grades went from A's and B's to D's and I said NO WAY!!  So I told her if she got them back up I would get the licence and ins.  Well all I can stay is stay off the sidewalks;-)
