Well at 9:28 Miles Cannon Tompson entered this world! He is 8lbs and 3 oz. and was 20 inches long. What a perfect little guy he is too! He has a little bit of a cone head but that is okay it will be gone by tomorrow.
Poor Lindsey tried so hard but by 8:30 the Dr. said it was time to do a c-section. I can't wait to go hold him and love on him tomorrow. I did call home to tell Parker who was very excited and wanted to know ASAP I heard him tell Patton that smiles was here. So I am afraid that he might be nicked named smiles from us. Better go to bed nighty night smiles!

Hey world hows it going

Look at all the hair! That explains the heartburn

He had his tongue going the whole time. Feed me mommy feed me

Tasty Tuesday is here again
This Tuesday we made cookie ice cream bars. All I did was make chocolate chip cookies and added Carmel, oats, and coconut to it. Baked them and then when they were done I put tanillia (Patton's version of vanilla) ice cream and smashed in between two cookies and yummy!

Thats right I just got a phone call saying that Lindsey's water had just broke. Okay so she is not dilated and she is not thinned out that much. Yea, yea baby Jermayne will not be here for a while I am sure. Maybe she will surprise us all. Any hoo they are headed to the hospital now due to the fact that she has to have antibotics right away for GBS. Okay so now I am not tired and will not sleep I am sure. I will keep you posted and hopefully pictures real soon! Wow another baby in the family that won't come home with me:) One I can enjoy and say here mom and dad I am done, what a change that will be.

This is going to be a hard post for me to add. Payton got a text message this evening telling her that her dad's mother her grandmother has past away. It is very hard for me to console her because there is past history there. The only thing I can do is ask for you to say a little prayer for Payton and her dad's family to get through their tough times. I relate my life to music and find peace in music. I stumbled upon this song and it says it all. I cannot change the past but can only make the future a brighter one and can only change myself. So I have asked the good Lord for forgiveness for the past situations and to let her Grandma be at peace. Sister I love you and would love to take your pain away if I could. I wish I knew what to tell you and how to make it better. I know you have a lot of questions and feelings yourself that I am sure you feel bad for feeling. We are only human. I always tell you nobody is perfect. I can not change our past but vow to make our future a good and bright one. I just want to be the best mom to you I know how. I love you more than life itself.
Life is so short to have regrets and to try to always change what we cannot so why not try to change what we can and be better people.
I came across this and I think everyone she watch it. It touched me tremendously. No matter what your age, life is to short not to carry out your dreams. This women did just that and touched the lives of many including me! People live their lives with many regrets. Always follow your dreams know matter what they are. With that I better go chasing some of mine! Enjoy!

I found Patton like this yesterday afternoon. He was going through the house with his ipod in singing as loud as he could. I went to check on him and he was sound asleep and I could hear the music as soon as I walk in the room. The song you hear is the song he played over and over. It is Parker's favorite song and I would have to say Patton's to.

Tasty Tuesday's would like to present the Oreo Cream Pie!

I asked Patton what he wanted to make for today and named off a few things. His all time favorite is Oreo Cream Pie so that is what he picked. Easy enough and quick I agreed.

You will need

2 boxes Oreo pudding

2.5 cups cold milk

1 tub cool whip

crushed Oreo's for the top

Put your milk and Oreo pudding in a bowl mix it up, then add half of the container of cool whip and mix that all up. Pour into a Oreo crumb pie crust, they are by the pie crust at the grocery store. Add the remaining cool whip on top and then the crushed Oreo's and all done.

The recipe is also on the back of the pie crust. Very cheap and easy and yummy! ENJOY:)

Okay I did not get a full shot of it because once it hits the table it is gone!
